Well, from the moment you enlist our services, SBREA gets your marketing campaign rolling, literally. You will be contacted by one of our cinematographers to coordinate the filming of your listing presentation, or your "commercial" style presentation for your unique services. We will then advance your footage to our post production department and combine your filmed footage with a professional voice over description of the property to construct a visual and audio presentation of your listing. It's just like having a open house and speaking with the potential buyer without spending time from your busy day to drive across town, open the home, and wait for the interested party to show up. Hopefully they will. We then go a step further and add your Name, Agency, Primary Contact Number, DRE License number, and a Listing ID Number (viewers can visit SOUTHBAYADS.com to view more information on the listing as well as yourself). What happens next you ask?
